Amanda Demmer
Executive Strategic Assistant

Amanda serves as the strategic assistant to Quest president, E.W. “Woody” Young, CFP®.  Her responsibilities include coordinating internal management meetings, special projects and analysis to improve client services, and liaison for strategic assistants.  Amanda serves on the Technology Committee and assists the Business Development Department with client events.





Pam Henderson
Director of First Impressions

Pam is the welcoming face of Quest.  She is the first point of contact for all clients, vendors and other individuals who come into our office.  Other responsibilities include assisting Quest Vice President, Terry Pender, CFP®, CPA with day to day operations and special projects.  Pam joined the Quest team in 2000.






Michelle Kupper
Business Development Coordinator

Michelle is responsible for maintaining detailed business development reports, marketing and branding Quest.  Additionally, Michelle assists all client planners in establishing and maintaining relationships with members of Quest’s Professional Service Network and other attorneys and CPAs.  Using her creative abilities, she continually pursues marketing and content development.  As Business Development Coordinator, Michelle is responsible for the planning and execution of the social and educational Quest events for clients, prospective clients and Professional Service Network members.  She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science.

Dennis J. Moore, CFP®, MBA
Director of Operations

Dennis’s attention to detail and passion for the financial planning profession makes him an asset to the Quest team by providing support to the firm's planning teams.  Additionally, Dennis analyzes production procedures and policies in order to improve operational efficiencies.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.  He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and serves on both local and national Financial Planning Association committees.


Tim Reyes
Director of Information Technology

Tim is responsible for configuring and maintaining Quest’s voice and data network.  This includes regularly performing system back-ups on all network servers and safeguarding all server systems and software.  Additionally, he serves as the Privacy Officer for Quest and is the Chairman of the Technology Committee. Tim has a Bachelors of Science in Network and Communications Management, Bachelors of Science in Telecommunications Management and an MBA with concentration in Information Security.



 

Lori Teutsch
Branch Coordinator

Lori oversees all securities and compliance branch operations.  She coordinates branch support activities and Quest team members to provide necessary investment trading and recordkeeping support, including purchasing and selling of securities for Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.  Additionally, she manages clients’ deposits and disbursements of funds to and from their Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. accounts.  Lori joined the Quest team in 1992.




Leslie Wieler
Quest Accountant

Leslie oversees accounting for Quest, including accounts receivable and payable, and is responsible for ongoing budget tracking and reporting.  Additionally, she acts as Quest’s Human Resource Administrator.  Her responsibilities include maintaining employee files and administration of employee benefits.  Leslie joined the Quest team in 1996.
